Specifically woolies dash - the most slack and uninterested service ever

You pay a premium for dash delivery only to be treated less than just a number. Ordered at 2:54pm and delivery slot was 4 to 5 pm. At 6pm still no delivery can contacted their call centre. After waiting half an hour the agent then notified me that I would still need to wait another hour for delivery. The ironic thing is I live in the same road as the store. What takes so long?! And even more disturbing is the no care attitude I got from the agent, after venting my frustration she hung up on me. Even just trying to get some respect and service delivery is asking too much. Will never shop here again. Competitors are much more deserving of our hard earned money. Why are we paying for delivery if they don’t deliver???
