Woolies Dash customer Care simply doesn’t CARE

This review is specifically on Woolies Daah and customer care agents. My woolies dash has not been working for 4 weeks now and I called Woolies Dash team over 5 times and they all said they would log this issue with IT and revert back to me. Day after day I call and there is NO feedback whatsoever. They all take down my details and promise to contact me with feedback and that simply never comes through. I decided to bring the matter here because maybe then the issue will be taken serious. I have deleted and reinstalled the app each time I call but the issue persists. Can someone please help me because customer care will NEVER resolve your issues!
