Woolies Dash Cresta Store

Woolies Dash, Cresta Store is the pits. Constantly scanning and charging for items that are not delivered! When I call to log a complaint I am told that a refund will be processed which doesn't help me because I don't have a car and it's the reason I use Woolies Dash. What a nightmare
