Woolies dash charge for missing items and or no delivery

Using Woolies Dash orders, there are always missing items that remains charged on one's bill. The worst is that it has escalated to no delivery at all and I was still charged for the order. They promised a refund and that never happened. Do not use this service. It is not safe and no guarantee that you will not loose your money.
