Woolies Dash

I work in retail and cannot always get to the shops, so when Woolworths launched Woolies Dash I was really excited. I find this platform very frustrating and misleading. Twice now I have chosen a window period of delivery (as this is where you will be at the time) and have twice had my order "re-packed" and sent in another time slot.... What is the point?
