Woolies Dash app and service is unreliable and disappointing

Checkers really seems to be hitting the mark on their Sixty60 app, but the Woolies Dash app is just plain terrible. Today is my 3rd late delivery of the 6 orders I've made on the app. What's the point of planning a delivery time, if it cannot be met? Secondly, the tracking system on the app does not work - I could track my driver this morning and ever since after the delivery time, I have not been able to track him, the app doesnt allow - did he disappear and take my food, is he still going to deliver? I dont know, cause there is no way to contact him. Then I've also wanted to cancel one of my orders, but although the app offered me that option, it literally just didnt want to work, if I press "cancel" the app just closes. Never had ANY issues with Sixty60, not even one. They are amazing. If they can do it, so can you Woolies Dash.
