Woolies dash - absolutely fail

Woolies dash is absolutely useless. I placed an order for delivery and after almost an hour of waiting within my time slot I receive an sms close to the end of my time slot saying they are running late. I call the call centre and they confirm that my driver hasn’t even picked up the order yet this is now 2hours later post placing the order.

Absolutely ridiculous and I even tipped the driver in advance for poor service on top of a costly delivery fee. There is not tracking either, Customer service is also terrible I have had no joy from them with past experiences.
