Woolies Dash, a complete ****ing disaster!!!!!!

What an absolute disgrace!!!!

If I can warn you in advance, DO NOT MAKE USE OF THE WOOLIES DASH SERVICES! I placed an order online thinking it was going to run smoothly only for it to turn out a complete disaster. The driver struggled to find the delivery address and while I was standing in the street trying to direct him to where he needed to be, he decided to abandon my order and return the goods to store. It doesn't end there...... My Woolworths app says that the order has been completed and after spending hours and hours trying to resolve the matter with Woolworths customer care, I was informed that my refund will take between 7 AND 14 WORKING DAYS!!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY TO EVENTUALLY REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT AGAIN BECAUSE OF AN *********** DRIVER! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!
