Woolies Dash a ****

I ordered something on Sunday the 30th June 2024 via Woolies Dash order number:***,and my order was delivered elsewhere so basically didn't receive my order, I immediately logged a complaint and I called on Monday to find out what happened. I spoke to a Bongi who promised to call back once she knows what happened to the order which she didn't, anyway someone rep**** to the complaint and said they will escalate and process a refund, no one called to follow up or tell me what actually transpired, short of it is I haven't received my refund 5 days later, and I had to call back to follow up,woolies Dash is a ****.
