Woolies DASH???

I ordered and paid for goods from Woolies Dash, yesterday they decided delivery will take place between 9am and 10am today. I spent 24 minutes on the phone trying to speak to a Contact Centre Agent, with no luck, I sent 2 e-Mails to find out if and when my order will be delivered t is now 11:46 and I have still not heard anything from Woolies DASH
