Woolies Dash

I ordered via Woolies dash and I didn’t receive two of the items I ordered but I was charged for them. I contacted Woolies immediately and they called me and told me that the matter would be resolved. Over a week later and still nothing. Personally Woolies dash still has a long way to go ito refunds and credit user’s account in real time
