Woolies dash

I had the worst experience ever with woolies dash. Tge drivers are *********** and customer care is of no help at all. I ordered groceries online for dash delivery and never received them, however on the app the order was updated as delivered. When I called customer care I was told the driver tried to contact me, the gave me a different number which is not my number and isn't even on my profile but they insisted that it's my number. I was told they can only log a recovery the following day. When I requested to speak to the manager, his name was neo, he said he would escalate the matter and that someone from a different department would call. Someone called me to tell me my order is being shopped. After hours of being on the phone back and forth with customer care I still haven't received my order or a refund. THE WORST. For a store like woolworths this is ridiculous. I'll stick to checkers 60 they are very professional, efficient and fast!
