Woolies Customer Services AWOL

I shop at Woolies fairly regularly but it both irks and annoys me that a number of the Daily Difference deals are not available in "previously disadvantaged areas". I always have to make the trip to Claremont, Canal Walk or the CBD. I tried to buy the 2 for 100 pies and could not get it at my local shopping mall nor could a colleague get it in Mitchell's Plain. I can understand why salmon and cheeseplatters aren't stocked at these stores but surely they should get sufficient stock of the weekly specials. I messaged Customer Services last week in this regard and am yet to receive a reply
