Woolies credit card

I love Woolies. It is one of my favourite stores & most of my clothes & food is purchased here.

My issue is with my black woolies credit card. It is a secondary card off my husbands credit card and yet in this day and age of e- commerce, it is almost impossible to transact online with it. Apparently they can only send an OTP to the main account holder to verify online purchases. This makes the card virtually useless to me when a lot of my shopping is done online and I have to use my husbands card to complete the transaction. This is inconvenient for both of us and actually a ludicrous process.

The card cannot even be used on the Woolies site itself to complete a transaction. I also cannot use the Woolies app to view transactions made on my secondary card either.

Please Woolies , please can you improve the shopping experience for secondary credit cards or do not offer them at all.
