Woolies card ****

The worst retail to have an account/credit card with. I'm yet to receive my credit card since May and when I requested to close the account I was told to pay the service fee/initiation fees. It's been 3 weeks since I made payment and it hasn't been cleared. I've been sending my POP and nothing has happened. They even have a nerve to Debit my account tjeerrrrrr maan. WFS is not helping me in anyway but just out here taking my money.
