Woolies Call Centre sucks!

Woolworths floor staff are probably one of the best in the industry, but their call centre staff are the worst I have ever encountered. They consistently drop calls on you, take forever to resolve anything, keep you holding forever. They need to rethink their recruiting agency.I am so sick of calling them! They hardly respond to emails either. So ****ed!
