Woolies Cafe gone down

Yesterday, I visited the V&A Waterfront Cafe to go get my favorite Chai Latte which is phenomenal and always made so well. From purchasing to swallowing my latte was terrible and the worst service i have ever received in a Woolworths store. My latte was cold and half filled, the line was out of order, the cafe was so crowded and there is no To-Go counter so you have to beg for service and there isn’t a designated area to pick-up. The cafe is in such and awkward area as well. I will from now on no longer do my purchases at V&A. Thank you for the worst service.
