Woolies Black Credit Card, can not log a ***** Case!!

I have been trying to log a ***** case with the Woolies Black Credit card. This happened on the 10/01/2025, on this 20/01/2025 i was informed this is a ****, after exhausting all my options i tried to log a case with Woolies Black Card division. I have mailed the complete breakdown of what happend to them and till today i have not received any feedback from them at all. No reply on the mail or even a call to confirm they are looking in to the case. I have all the mails to confirm it has been sent and delivered as proof.
