Woolies best service????

On the 11th i paid R1000 my card has been ove****nt i think for more than a year, i can send all of my statements, then this Marvin caracter tells me that i only overspent this month which is utter bull, and he is telling me i am lying. After i had ****ty service at wonderboom junction, and a manager Dudu who cant smile, I absolutely love shopping at woolies, i don't mind spending a bit more because i know what i am getting for my money, i can just as well go te checkers or pick n pay where i know the swrvice is always ****ty but it is cheaper, i am so disappointed in the service i got today, and then he can't tell me why all of the sudden it is like that but i am lying? I will farward all of the mails i really did not expect this from my favorite store in the whole world well not anymore
