WOOLIES .....................BANKING IS NOT WHAT U SHOULD BE DOING , FOCUS ON SEELING FOOD
Believe it or not , I have a WW Credit card , forgot my banking pin , now my account is blocked . Phone the nr they say I must phone if I have a problem . Rude guy , said I must go to Absa ????????????????????????? Why do u have an helpline for credit card division

13 Feb 2024, 12:34After going to Absa 3 times . Spoke to your highly trained staff . Answered all security questionss 3 times .I can now draw money at the atm. I still cannot use my card in restuarant etc.
Im in Jhb friday . Be sure that i will go too your headoffice an ensure you take the block of my card . Regards

13 Feb 2024, 17:59So i get an email saying i must go back to ABSA.I spend the whole mornig there doing sll the right things as per WWrequest and still nobody has achieved /resolved absolute ****.
But as i mentioned ;the real surprise is coming .
I wil not take any **** from Absa or Ww.
