Woolies balfour mall

I went to Woolworths balfour mall today after I had read a notice on the window that Woolworths now does lay-bye.it said bring i.d book or passport if u are a foreign national.when I went there with my passport i was told they only take Namibian passports.i mean what kind of **** is that.i use my passport on all the other shops I've never heard such nonsense..laybye is not like u take goods and pay after.u pay while the goods are still i their position then collect when u done paying.woolworths must specify on that notice that they only take Namibian passports.No one knew what they were doing,all of them on that section were clue less.dissapointed
