Woolies Bad Shoe Quality

<p>I bought 3 pairs of shoes from Woolworths in April 2016. I was walking and slipped and fell because teh rubber underneath the shoe did not have any proper grip. As a result of the fall I faced hospitalisation due to a broken foot and additional medical expenses. My mother went back to woolworths to return the shoe to which teh consultant at the store noted that she should have bought better quality shoes. As a loyal customer to Woolworths for years your branding always talks about quality??? I would like for your complaints manager to contact me on *** asap. Should I not hear from you I will be taking the matter further. I do have images of my injury , doctors notes , and the woolworths shoe with blood stains.</p>
