The service at the store is 100%, friendly and very respectful staff. Online service is ridiculous I would have thought the online service would be much better than the store one. Whenever you purchase its a hustle whether if its paying via store card or bank card its a hustle. when you call the call center they hung up on you and no one ever gets back to you. I even took a survey hoping someone will get back to me but no one did. Agents over the phone are never helpful. Its very frustrating and its ridiculous to get a service like that online but not at the store.
