Woolies App is convenient and lacks integrity

Woolworths online is very poor at resolving issues and are ********* and lack integrity. bought liquor and school uniform 3 weeks ago , I called the following day of the purchase since I had selected the items at night and could not reach anyone at that time to get my OTP number. I spoke with Christian and he advised that I call this number *** and that they would be able to assist me. He also advised that I would not lose my 20% off discount as this was a technical problem due to woolies app as I was worriedaboutitgiven that it was a 2 day special. Lo and behold after numerous emails and hours on the phone I'm told I cannot get my 20% because I didn't release the goods..can someone please tell me how in the world would I release the purchase without an OTP # ?? Secondly once the OTP issue was resolved a week later my 20% was still not app****. So I decided to be obedient and release with the hope that when they create my invoice they will apply the discount....Nothing still but yet I get a rate my service survey..what service there's nothing to rate! This experience has not in anyway given me comfort to continue using your app and I will ensure that friends and family know about this. Its ridiculous the app is supposedly a convenient platform..it was not! Give me my 20% adjustment on my liquor and school uniform purchase PLEASE!
