Wonderful service received

A big thank you to Terry Richards from the Customer Service department for Woolworths Online Shopping. I placed an online order and part of the order had been left out (it was meant to be a clothing set but only the shirt had arrived). Terry quickly escalated this and in 2 business days the bottom part of my set had arrived. Thank you so much for the wonderful service from Terry and for sorting out my issue so quickly. Great service indeed :)
