Wonderboom Junction Woolworths - Time Issue

I was at Wonderboom Junction Pretoria store at 16h50 during this past week, at the entrance the doors were already locked, when I ask the lady security when they are closing she keeps saying at 17h00, I showed her on my watch that I still have 10 minutes to enter, but she and another Woolworths colleague that was nearby were just laughing at me and talking in their own language (which i could not understand) and she keeps telling me that they are closed and she did not want me to enter. I was very upset as I needed groceries and it was very upsetting to me the way i was treated - surely I was allowed in and during this lockdown period it is very upsetting - I also support Woolworths on a regular basis, but now I will think twice
