Won the tickets to Pharell and could not open link

I received an sms from Woolworths congradulating me on winning a double ticket to the Pharell Williams show in JHB on the 23rd. i had to resond to the sms with my email address which i did the very next minute because i was so excited. on the 15th i got the email with the password to redeem, because i was anxiously waiting for the confirmation, i tried to redeen my tickets there and then, but i coudnt open the link. i went to their store in Waterfall and told them my drama with claiming the tickets and the supervisor was oso helpful and took my details and she said that she was going to phone HO. she called me back the next day saying that HO said that i must open the link on a desktop computer and not the ipad which i emmediately forwraded the email to my work desktop and i have been trying to redeem since with no luck. Posted on their instagram account that i needed help. Today i phoned their customer service and spoke to more than 5 pople and noone could help then sent an email and to my shock i was told that i was supposed to redeed before the 15Sep 2015. and tried to explain to the lady via email that i have been trying to redeen since the 15th. called again and phone dropped
