Won't assist with getting out of debt

A few months ago, my son was caught by the R699 car ****. He had to go under debt review which was granted by the court. Unfortunately Woolworth Credit Card refused to accept the repayment proposal and did not reduce the interest or charges. With the result that my son is paying less than what is required and just getting deeper and deeper into debt. All the other creditors have accepted the proposal. I have sent Woolworth Debt Review Department at [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] a few emails but haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. We would like them to reconsider the repayment offer so that at least my son can pay off the debt. They also take almost a month from the time that I make the payment to when they credit his credit card account. We really expect better from Woolworths. This non caring attitude is unacceptable
