Won't allow refund

<p>I bought a dreas at Woolworths in Rosebank Thursday 27/10/2016 late, when I got home I tried it on and it didn't fit. Today 29/10/2016 I took it back to the Woolworths in Lenasia where I was assisted by Phillie who told me that she won't refund me because I already wore the dress. I told her I didn't wear it I just tried it on it was the only way I could find out if it fits when I got home and it didn't. She agrued with me till I asked for her manager and she called a lady working 2 tills away from her by the name of Thandi who tpld me thst I tried on that dress while iwas dirty, because theres a white line on the inside. I told her that I was clean and that I probably bought like that, but she just told me that shes sure I was dirty. I askec for her manager and a gentleman named Maxwell Sisilana came and told me that I shouldn't try things on while im dirty and they will not refund. I a, deeply hurt and felt insulted being told im dirty. What am I expected to do with this dress now, because it doesnt fit. I officially hate Woolworths and it used to be my favourite store. Today's experience left me hurt, insulted and humiliated. I'm shocked to say the least. I'm still teary even now.</p>
