i have been using the app and twice used it to order food. i received confirmation of delivery after i paid. on both occasions i NEVER received my goods. i don't get a call explaining why, instead i have to call them to let them know. this is not right. i understand the fact that they have may orders due to COVID-19 however nit calling to let me know isn't right. i am supper disappointed.
