Wollies empty promise

Hello Peter I had a bad experience with Woolworths online shopping On the 14 of December 2020 I ordered pyjamas for my grandson as a Christmas gift and it never arrived I was told the courier service don't know what happened to the parcel, on the 4th of January I was promised a full refund to date nothing has happen I have send numerous email to them no one bothers to contact me. I think by the time they refund me,if they will ever will, I will be on zero because of the money I have spent on calls and emails. I am very disappointed with wollies. Shame on them ******** a pensioner Thank you for the platform
