Wollies dash *******

Dash Order:o*** I ordered on the 27th June and my order status was on abandoned due to customer unavailability although I was home all day.I logged a query on the app and didn't get a response. On the 28th Junestatus has changed to delivered but I still haven't received it. On the 29th June i sent an email and was advised it was forwarded your online query to the relevant fulfillment team and they will be in contact with you soon.On the 3rd July i followed up and was told : Your refund was requested with our finance team, once processed the funds will reflect within 3-5 working days. I have not heard anything received refund and now my emails are not being responded to
