Wish I never bought

Worse service ever, after capturing my address wrong from their system they failed to deliver my parcel. Only received an email that my parcel is going back to the warehouse and there is nothing they can do about it. Im failing to understand why their courier drivers never called maybe then I would have understood. There is no way you can attempt a delivery without notifying the client. Now I'm losing all the items I got on sale.
