Wire in ****** chocolates

I found a piece of wire in the ****** chocolates from Woolworths. After I reported it they rep**** with an email that said they will send a rep to pick it up in about a few days which I waited a week for them. They then send a courier company to pick up the evidence from me, and they didn't even know where the parcel were supposed to go and neither did I as they never informed about the courier company. Finally after about two weeks they responded with an email regarding the wire that the manufacturer were very concerned and provided me with a voucher, the voucher were supposed to be via an sms which I never received. I rep**** to the email regarding my voucher and never heard about the, I have now rep**** a second time and I hope to hear from Woolworths soon as this is really poor service and a very bad image for their brand name!!!!!!
