Winning a voucher from Woolworths does not necessarily mean that you won!

Through Woollies rewards, I won a R2000 voucher for beauty products from the brand Skoon. Our local branches do not stock these products, but the friendly staff at Matlosana Mall tried to help us after they suggested that this problem could be overcome by ordering online to redeem the voucher. This unfortunately failed, possibly because most items were on sale, in which case the voucher cannot be used. Then I made various efforts through phone calls and emails to find a way to redeem the voucher. This led to nothing, apart from dead ends and nonsensical suggestions such as the voucher only applies if you buy for exactly R 2000, which is obviously impossible and not how vouchers work. Rection to emails was generally sluggish. The final insult was a reply that proved that the issue was not understood. I requested that the author of the reply call me, but that did not happen. An email to request a callback was also ignored. Almost a month has passed and it looks like the voucher cannot be redeemed.
