Wilted flowers delivered by woolies

Good day. I ordered flowers to be delivered in Ballito to my mom. They were not looking good from day one and by day 3 they were already brown. I already sent a complaint by email but no solution was offered. They just asked for the sell by date and barcode..Obviously the person I gifted did not keep this. I did send a photo. Order ***. Not the quality I expect and supposedly pay for from woolies..
