Why is Vitality and Woolworths so Hard?

<p>I can't understand why no one can help or respond to my email query at Woolworths, it was so easy to link my Woolworths card to Vitality the first time. Then my wallet was ****** and now it has been a struggle to link it to my Vitality for the last few months. Vitality costs me money every month and I am losing out on the benefit for yet another month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Woolworths has just plain and simple ignored my email query and has been unable to issue me with a resolution. All I want is for my card to be linked going forward. Can you please just link it? I am just asking that I can use the benefit of my card going forward, that's all I want from you.</p>
