Why are you failing to close my clothing account?

I have since asked for my clothing account to be closed. Why is it still reflecting as active on clear score. My last communication with the woolworths finance team was in August 2022. It is January of 2023 and this account is still active on clear score. Again can the finance team close this account asseblief. Call me on ***.
