I made an enquiry about the availability of a fragrance product that I purchase from Woolworths on a regular basis, but seems to be out of stock or discontinued as the Kolonnade branch haven't had stock for months. To add to my frustration, my enquiry have been ignored for more than a week now. Service? I think not!
