White thick slice bread

On Sat 27 June 2015 I bought bread frm Woolworths only to find the slices all broken and I then went back the next day and Manager explained thar bread was overbaked and was given another bread. This one again was completely brown inside all slices. The Manager promise to deliver bread but not good on promise
