WHERE IS MY R75 VIP STATUS VOUCHER

WW are now into their new financial year for their VIP shoppers. I reached VIP status in March this Nobut never received my R75 VIP discount voucher. I contacted WW in April as to what is happening. I was informed that it has been passed to the relevant department but nothing happened. I received my 10% birthday discount but no R75 VIP voucher.
