Where is my Black Credit Card

Unathi Twango phoned me on Mo 14Mar offering WFS cred card - after providing my details, she said I was approved for a credit limit of R44000. She said I needed to send my payslip - which I did - told her I am leaving on holiday on Thur (today) and I need the card by latest today.She phoned the next day to say she has arranged with the relevant people for my BLACK CREDIT card to be delivered to Brooklyn branch but will confirm when it is there. She phoned me on Wednesday around 14:00 - CONFIRMING that my BLACK CREDIT CARD is ready for collection @ Brooklyn.When I got to Brooklyn, after waiting for your branch lady to stop chatting with her friend whilst I was standing ion front of her, all the while chewing her chappies, she revealed after 15 minutes that there is NO CARD. then waiting another 15min, she said the card was @ Montana.I left there with no card. Thursday (today) I phoned WFS again and they confirmed my BLACK credit card was at Montana - I phoned Montana branch - there was NO CARD there.Then I received an sms: my card is ready @ Brooklyn. And its a Gold card.Now I have to drive there again - how is this pathetic service possible? No airtime left on cell because of this
