When your job is so simple and you can't even do that...

<p>On the 27th of May i bought my mom a gift card for her birthday of R1000 from Grassy Park Woolworths Food. Today trying to use the gift card only to find that its invalid (nothing was loaded). The lady at the Rondebosch store said this happened frequently when she worked at the Grassy Park Branch. </p> <p>So i call my bank just to confirm, as i used my Cheque card for the purchase. They confirm the 27th May. I go to the Grassy Park store and ask for the manager, instead i get a consultant - who asks we who i did the purchase with and which till point - are you kidding me? I'm at woolworths weekly how the hell should i remember that, Lazy Ass manager didn't come to the front. The guy took down my details this was 3pm and took the gift card, i even gave him my card details which the purchase was made on and my contact details and its 8pm now with no response, which means i need to run around for your stupidity and call and go to the store again.</p> <p>Its really simple. I gave you the **** card number i used for the purchase as well as the gift card which is now in your possession, i gave dates. How many people buy R1000 vouchers on 1 day at your store? How embarrassing it was that the card declined when my mom tried to use it, no immediate action from woolworths or even an apology. If your system cannot tell you that the bank card i used is for that invalid voucher then i suggest you invest in a better CRM tool. What **** service! Its really not rocket science at all. You wasted 1. My time 2. My Money 3. Caused embarrassment and the manager doesn't come out? Because of your staffs incompetence i must drive and make calls at my expense. And its like an "Oops" the consultant at Rondebosch told us it happens frequently at GP. What **** service and im put at an inconvenience. Do you remember who helped you on the 27th of May? What stupid question is that lazy! Do your job. Use my card number and date and trace back. </p>
