Wheelchair runaround

Woolworths Head Office seem to think it's amusing sending a disabled person in a wheelchair back and forth to the store because they keep blocking her card for absolutely no reason. I am the secondry card holder and speak on her behalf because she can't. This is the 3rd time in 4 months this has happened and each time I have to take her to the store to get the card unblocked. The reason this time is that she had changed her name, WTAF, I am her husband and she has not changed her name since we were married 16 years ago. Clearly there are some people who just like to see others suffer
