the lasy thing in excepted when calling wollies call centre was to have an agent forcing me to get a security question and answer. reason being i have so many times forgot what in listed as my question nor answer<br> now because of that I couldn't not be heleped. I know its for security ewason but to me that is just ceap. I wanted to enquire about my account. not make a purchase. how hard is that. day ruined thanks to wollies.
