What the heck happened to Woolworths?

<p>I received by June statement for an outstanding amount of approx R12k.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took it upon myself to pay them R6000 on the 2nd of June.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have received phone calls and sms notifications stating that I'm in arrears in my payments, which I then again decided to give them a call and find out if they could have missed my payment (spoke to Nwabisa)and to my dismay I was informed that I had to make prior arrangements to pay them in advance.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I requested to speak to a superior I was informed they in Training and not sure when they will come back to me and might return my complaint in the next 3-4 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Let’s talk about SERVICE!!!</p> <p> </p>
