WHAT'S WITH YOUR PRODUCTS WOOLWORTHS????

<p>On previous occasions I have thrown away disappointing products purchased from the Woolworths food store at the Anthos Centre in Krugersdorp but - on 13th June 2016 - it was just once too often that Woolworths let me down. I purchased a packet of salted popcorn together with a few other items and on opening it, found that instead of the usual salty taste the popcorn had a sweetish taste similar to caramel popcorn. I called the customer careline and spoke to Vuyo who asked me for certain information on the packet and also that I keep the packet of popcorn should they want to uplift it. I received an email today thanking me for bringing the matter to their attention and that the factory was in compliance with the Woolworths standard. </p> <p>Woolworths - how can you assess a complaint if I am still in possession of the product??? Three of us tasted the same product and described the same taste. If this is your attitude towards your customers and their complaints perhaps I should walk the few extra metres and support the supermarket in the same centre or drive to the one around the corner. The amount of energy or petrol I'll use would be nowhere near the amount of money I've thrown away over the past while due to inferior quality from your store!</p>
