What quality.

I bought tiramisu cake from the Maponya Mall woolworths and what I got was absolute not what I usually buy the cake was offish and even tasted stronger then always. I do understand that mistakes happen but a shop that claims to be if good quality cannot sell such, I'm very disappointed and for my money to go down the drain...because we couldn't eat that cake!
