what is the opposite of DASH?? WOOLIES!!!

Woolies dash it is time to just give up and leave it to sixty 60!!!!! i placed an order on your app and i was finished my shopping before 14.00 on the 07 March 2023 delivery was supposed to take place between 14,00 and 15.00 but that did not happen, i received an SMS to say we are running behind we're so sorry ( Really???) it will be with you shortly, after 3 phone calls and much frustration my order finally arrived, the paper bag was wet from the ice cream that had turned to a milkshake !! I then received a phone call to say, your order has been delivered, i reply and my ice cream is now a milkshake i want a refund! the response from woolies, take a picture and send it to me!! for a refund, are you ****ting me?
