What is going on with Woolworths! NO customer service or follow up.

Absolutely no customer service! I sent an enquiry/complaint. And I got an email back that dismissed my question and gave me a half attempt of a reply which had been copy pasted with different fonts etc, not even corrected. It was very evident that they did not care nor even read my enquiry properly. And just closed my ticket… no resolution. That was my answer… a joke! NOTHING!!!!
